These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company JK INVEST (operating WanderPaw) and any customer making a purchase on the wanderpaw.fr website.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time of the order. WanderPaw strives to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and photos but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product received (color variations due to screens).
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). WanderPaw reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
4. Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. WanderPaw reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or fraudulent payment.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier. In case of delay, WanderPaw cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
8. Returns and Refunds
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@wanderpaw.fr within the allotted time. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
9. Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
10. Liability
WanderPaw cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of products purchased on the website.
11. Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts of Bordeaux will be seized.
12. Mediation
In accordance with articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the Consumer Code, you can use a consumer mediation service free of charge in case of an unresolved dispute.
