Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how to proceed.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item, without having to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Be in its original undamaged packaging
- Have been purchased on wanderpaw.fr
Damaged, used, or incomplete items cannot be refunded.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at contact@wanderpaw.fr stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the package at your own expense within 14 days of informing us.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the return, we will process the refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Defective items or order error
If you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at contact@wanderpaw.fr. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
